The Supervisory Board of EURODIS, the network for joint international transport of parcels and pallets in 36 European countries, has prematurely extended the contract with Managing Director Jens Reibold (44) by three years.
"Under Reibold's leadership, EURODIS has developed greatly in recent years, which has also enabled a significant increase in shipment volume," says Chairman of the EURODIS Supervisory Board Peter Umundum, who is the Board Member for Parcel and Logistics at EURODIS member Österreichische Post AG. The network grew by 50 per cent in the period from 2019 to 2021. And in the first half of 2022, EURODIS achieved a further increase of 80 per cent. "Such results speak for themselves and all shareholders trust Reibold to continue the positive development of the network." This, he said, includes expansion into other countries in Southern and Eastern Europe, where new partners are to be added.
Reibold took over the management of EURODIS GmbH in October 2019. The company controls the international transport network for parcels and pallets from Weinheim in Baden-Württemberg. Previously, the forwarding merchant had worked at the EURODIS founding member trans-o-flex, most recently as Head of International Sales. His current contract as EURODIS Managing Director was extended early until October 2025.
For another three years Jens Reibold remains Managing Director of EURODIS GmbH, which steers the network for joint international transport of parcels and pallets in 36 European countries. |
